The Annual Concert of the HKU SPACE will be held at Concert Hall, Hong Kong Cultural Centre at 8pm on Tuesday, 21 April 2015.

This year, HKU SPACE brings a touch of magic to the concert with popular melodies from famous operas and musicals performed by the celebrated tenor Alex Tam, and sopranos Dr Sylvia Chen and Marissa Kwok.

Among the many highlights of the evening will be a Mozart piano concerto performed by David Lai Jia-jun, a gifted pianist from Beijing in his senior high school, and songs from the Centennial College Singers. Musical accompaniment will be provided by the Hong Kong Strings under the baton of Professor Chan Wing-wah.

And last, but not least, the main feature of the concert will be an abridged version of the magical Broadway musical ‘The Wizard of Oz’ performed by the HKU SPACE Community College and HKU SPACE Alumni Choir and produced by Theatre Noir.

Admission is free. Each person can obtain a maximum of two tickets. Interested alumni please submit the Online Registration starting at 10am on 24 March 2015 (Tue). Only 400 tickets will be available and registration will be on first come first served basis (while ticket lasts). Successful registration will be confirmed by email for ticket collection. We look forward to your participation and support.
