The Hong Kong property market continues to decline putting pressure on property owners. To stimulate the market, the government announced that it was cancelling three types of special stamp duty, known as the spicy policies, to boost potential property buyers confidence and willingness to enter the market. Mr Anthony Kwok will provide insights into the impact of the cancellations on 25 April.
