Preparing for Interview

Bring you’re A game to your next interview

Everyone gets nervous at job interviews. It’s perfectly normal. Nobody wants to blow their chances of getting a great job by doing or saying something dumb.

Preparation is the key to a successful interview.

In this month’s Career SPACE we have included a comprehensive job interview guide to quell those butterflies and get you up to speed. For example, you can use the Interview Simulator to take a mock interview. This lets you practice and record your answers, so you can review your performance and improve your technique. There is also a section with advice from employers: what they are looking for, what impresses them and what doesn’t. In addition, you will get a step by step guide to building an impressive self-introduction.

Quite often in interviews you will get strange questions that seem totally unrelated to anything, but are there to see how you handle the unexpected. You need to learn how to cope with these and answer hypothetical questions? And also the tricky, “What questions do you have for me?”

Career SPACE walks you through all of these situations. And also help you get to know the interviewers' mindset and the interview process.

So if you want to stand out in your next job interview, and appear sharp, capable and on the ball, log in to Career SPACE and bring your A game to your next job interview.

Or...... and get rid of those butterflies forever.
