CLP Power Engineering Cadet Programme 2025

Are you passionate in engineering and looking to kickstart on an exciting engineering career? As CLP’s business continues to grow and evolve, our need for engineering talents continue to grow. To strengthen our technical engineering pipeline, we are inviting recent energetic engineering graduates to get onboard on an exciting early engineering talent programme with us.

CLP Power Engineering Cadet Programme offers a 12-month programme where engineering talents get to understand and familiarise themselves with the operations of the Power Systems Business Group (PSBG) or the Generation Business Group (GBG). Successful applicant will go through a well-structured familiarisation programme with on-the-job training and rotation experience. Upon successfully completing the programme, Engineering Cadets will continue their engineering journey and progress within CLP Power.

Who are we looking for?

• Final year students or recent graduates with Higher Diploma / Associate Degree & equivalent or above(1) (with no more than 3 years of full-time engineering work experience) majoring in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering
•  Passionate in developing a professional engineering career through hands-on engineering work
•  Good safety knowledge and mindset with strong sense of responsibility
•  Good analytical ability and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
•  Conversational English and Fluent Cantonese or Mandarin
•  Willing to take up shift and/or standby duties when needed

Remark: (1) Holders of recognised qualification equivalent to Level 4 of the Qualifications Framework (QF4) or recognised qualification from CLP Power Academy

我們正在尋找誰？

•  持有電機／機械／電子工程高級文憑／副學士學位或同等學歷 (1)或以上的應屆或近年畢業生 （不超過三年工程相關的工作經驗）
•  熱衷於投入前線的營運工作，發展工程專業
•  具有良好的安全知識和責任感
•  具有良好的分析能力和抗壓能力，能夠在緊湊的時間下工作
•  具備英文溝通能力，以及流利的粵語或普通話
•  如工作需要，願意輪班當值

備註：
(1) 持有相等於資歷架構第四級資歷水平的認可課程學位或持有認可的中電學院課程學位
