Work you will do
 

• Assist Project Managers in working out the technical design and system architecture of our solutions
• Assist in system development, application support and enhancement projects on both web-based and client/server platforms
• Participate in all phases of projects including user requirement collection, system analysis and design, programming, testing, implementation, system nursing and maintenance support
• Assist to prepare system test plan, conduct integrated testing and UAT
• Assist to produce system specifications and project progress reports
• Assist to liaise with users on project issues and resolve conflict between project team members
• Provide technical guidance and monitor performance of his/her subordinates

During your tenure as an delivery analyst in EA&D – Engineering (IES), you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness.

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree Holder or equivalent in computer science, Software Engineering, or other Engineering related majors ;
• Have Strong interest and point of view in the transition and transformation in the digital and intelligent age;
• Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology；
• Be passionate about excelling a career in Consulting; Previous internship at Consultancy is a plus;
• A fast learner and a strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident;
• Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills；
• Strong oral and written Chinese & English language communication skills；
• Proficiency in MS Office
