• Formulate and manage marketing strategies, planning and execution for overseas property projects.
• Participate in overseas property exhibitions and seminars organized by the Company
• Provide professional overseas real estate agency services to clients-base given by the Company
• Determine potential clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions
• Develop customer acquisition strategy via online and offices channels, and work closely with internal and external parties for launching effective sales campaigns
• Liaise with overseas developer, lawyer and other parties when needed
   

• Degree holder in any disciplines (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• 1-2 year's relevant work experience;
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) is a MUST.
