We help clients address various aspects of strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing.
Work you'll do

Work as a team member to provide high-quality support and execution of projects for clients, with a particular focus on public sector organizations and the management a well recognized scholarship scheme in Hong Kong.

Work closely with external stakeholders, including the clients, to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.

Assist in supporting critical tasks throughout the end-to-end project lifecycles related to the project delivery, such as liaison of meetings with stakeholders (including but not limited to primary, secondary, undergraduate and postgraduate students, primary/ secondary/ international schools, tertiary institutions, universities) , application vetting, event management, project progress monitoring, database maintenance, meeting documents and correspondences preparation and handling.

Assess, validate and organize project related data and information into a structured database.

Identify and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement over existing operating procedures.

Handle enquiries from external parties and clients.

Liaise with external parties on various events and programmes.

Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and operational manuals.

Support in regular and ad hoc reporting requests from supervisors.

We are looking for someone with
-
Year 2 – 4 bachelor or higher diploma/ associate degree students in related disciplines, e.g. business, marketing, education, communications, social sciences, public administration or any other disciplines.

Passionate in serving community and youth development.

Strong interest in understanding the philanthropic landscape and education sector in Hong Kong is an advantage.

Be able to deliver quality services to public sector counterparties (e.g. non-governmental organizations) with empathy, honesty and kindness.

Reliable and independent team player who has an excellent working attitude with high working efficiency.

Act as a team player who takes initiative and is able to meet tight schedules. Able to create and maintain good working relationships with teammates and all levels of staff members from various business units.

Be organized, proactive, self-motivating and attentive to detail.

Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner.

Excellent report writing skills and problem-solving ability.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Good spoken English is an advantage.

Have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
