We help clients address various aspects of strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing.



Work you'll do

  • Work as a team member to provide high-quality support and execution of projects for clients, with a particular focus on public sector organizations.
  • Identify and source community resources (e.g. art, music and cultural activities, sports, career exploration programme, skilled training programs, etc.) from various resources providers (e.g. non-governmental organizations, government agencies, corporations) that align with emerging needs and interests of beneficiaries of community programs, who are aged between 4 to 21.
  • Assist in contacting and maintaining liaison with resources providers through calls, messaging, and email communication.
  • Handle enquiries from resources providers and other stakeholders.
  • Nurture strong relations with community resources providers by forming partnerships or collaborative relationships with them.
  • Organize these partnerships and collaborative relationships into a resource database, and explore to expand the resources database on an ongoing basis.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Deloitte's engagement teams, other member firms and service lines within Deloitte, subcontractors, non-governmental organizations, marketing agencies, designers, etc. to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.
  • Build and maintain network internally and externally.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, especially those with different priorities.
  • Monitor utilization of community resources, and assess the performance of community resources providers.
  • Support any reporting requests from supervisors.
  • Identify and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement over existing operating procedures.
所需資格 :

We are looking for someone with

  • Year 2 – 4 bachelor or higher diploma/ associate degree students in related disciplines, e.g. business, marketing, communications, social sciences, public administration or any other disciplines.
  • Passionate in serving community and youth development.
  • Strong understanding to local context in Hong Kong is an advantage.
  • Be able to deliver quality services to public sector counterparties (e.g. non-governmental organizations) with empathy, honesty and kindness.
  • Reliable and independent team player who has an excellent working attitude with high working efficiency.
  • Act as a team player who takes initiative and is able to meet tight schedules. Able to create and maintain good working relationships with teammates and all levels of staff members from various business units.
  • Be organized, proactive, self-motivating and attentive to detail.
  • Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner.
  • Excellent report writing skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Good spoken English is an advantage.
  • Have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
