About the role

This is a full-time Management Trainee role at Human Asset Development Company in Quarry Bay, Eastern District. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the Wealth Management team in providing financial planning and advisory services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the financial services industry and develop your skills in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building effective relationships with clients to retain and developing sustainable sales results
• Identify target customer finance, insurance & banking needs
• Gains exposure to every facet of Wealth Management, Risk Management & Relationship Management
• Tailors' investment strategies for high-net-worth clients, identifying objectives and give solutions

• Customer oriented and able to capture their financial needs
• Passionate and energetic, with good communication skills
• Degree holder in any disciplines (Fresh graduates will also be welcomed)
