A real operations leader should be able to consider and execute business decisions independently. Immediately after joining the company, you will be assigned to one of the stores in Hong Kong and will undertake a 24-month intensive classroom & on-the-job training to acquire a Store Manager license

Written & panel interviews will be conducted. Promotion opportunity every 6 months.

• A fresh graduate with a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree;
• Passion for running a real business in the store sector, ambitious to be an Operations Leader.

WHAT YOU UNDERTAKE
Stage 1 ▶ Master the basic operations at the store
Stage 2 ▶ Perform as a qualified trainer & start analysing weekly sales planning
Stage 3 ▶ Actualise the leading role to manage monthly sales planning, connecting to the shop floor layout
Stage 4 ▶ Integrate the inventory management into sales planning, and be involved in human resources
Stage 5 ▶ Manage the profit & loss and oversee store operations
