TANG LAWYERS is a general practice law firm (Finalist of Rising Law Firm of the Year at 2025 ALB Hong Kong Law Awards) situated in Central, with a focus on handling Hong Kong and Mainland cross-border legal matters (in areas of Civil Litigation, Matrimonial, Probate, Criminal and Commercial cases) .

Job description:

• Assisting the Principal in a variety of legal matters.
• Managing contentious case files independently and working closely with counsels.
• Attending court hearings and client meetings.
• Drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on cases.
   

Requirements

• NQ - 5 years’ PQE with experience in handling civil and family dispute resolution matters
• Work independently and as a team, and technically strong on Hong Kong civil procedural rules.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, detailed-minded, well-organized, with strong sense of responsibility.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Immediate available or short notice would be an advantage.
