• Printing Coding Equipment for application in beverages, daily products, chemicals, medical and pharmaceutical industries
• On-site Installation and Commissioning of equipment
• To provide installation and commissioning to customers when equipment is delivered.
• To provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.
• Maintenance and repair service for customers
• To perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for the equipment.
• To contact customers to identify general problems and provide necessary suggestions.
• To initiate technical advice to customers to minimise equipment downtime.
• Co-ordination with sales and technical team
• To interact with the sales team to provide efficient after-sales service to customers.
• To keep a relationship with the technical team to give feedback about the product’s quality issues on site.
• Has the responsibility to contribute to the sustainable operations for parts and service, and to have a good structure in the areas of quality, safety, and environmental issues.
   

• Degree or Higher Diploma Holder in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines from a University / College in Hong Kong
• Year of technical experience is preferred; a fresh University graduate will be considered
   

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualifications will also be considered
• Shift duties are not required
• Training overseas will be provided to the right candidate
