About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Summer Intern to support our website content management, product data organisation and branding & marketing operations. This role provides hands-on experience in website management, product information management, SEO/GEO optimisation and AI-assisted workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain product information on the company website (CMS/backend system)
• Assist in organising, verifying and to standardise product specifications, descriptions, images and supporting documents
• Consolidate product information from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Assist in website content optimisation, including SEO/GEO-related updates and keyword-focused content improvements
• Support social media content updates where required
• Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing & Branding Team
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current University Degree or Associate Degree student
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Fast learner with strong data processing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Responsible, patient and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve productivity
• Knowledge of Canva or social media management (Preferable)
