Position Summary
We are seeking a Korean-speaking Client Service & Business Support Officer to provide professional client service and administrative support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for Korean clients.
Job Responsibilities
-
Handle enquiries and follow-up communications with clients (primarily Korean).

Support business needs for new application handling, post-policy issuance servicing, information filing and documentation.

Prepare and maintain documents, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures using Excel, Word, and PDF applications.

Deliver professional client service and ensure service standards are maintained.

Provide on-site interpretation support for Korean clients when required.

Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

| 所需資格 : |
Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Languages or a related discipline is an advantage.

Proficiency in Korean (native or near-native level preferred, TOPIK Level 5 or above)

Good command of Cantonese and English for daily communication (written and verbal).

Holder of a valid HKID card or legally authorized to work in Hong Kong.

Korean candidates currently residing in Hong Kong are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in customer service / insurance / financial services is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A good team player with the ability to work independently.
