Position Summary

We are seeking a Korean-speaking Client Service & Business Support Officer to provide professional client service and administrative support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for Korean clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and follow-up communications with clients (primarily Korean).
• Support business needs for new application handling, post-policy issuance servicing, information filing and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain documents, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures using Excel, Word, and PDF applications.
• Deliver professional client service and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Provide on-site interpretation support for Korean clients when required.
• Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Languages or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Korean (native or near-native level preferred, TOPIK Level 5 or above)
• Good command of Cantonese and English for daily communication (written and verbal).
• Holder of a valid HKID card or legally authorized to work in Hong Kong.
• Korean candidates currently residing in Hong Kong are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in customer service / insurance / financial services is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player with the ability to work independently.
