Terms & Conditions
- The HKU SPACE Alumni offers are effective from Now to 31 December 2026.
- Room rates are subject to 10% service charge & 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax per room per night.
- A HKU SPACE Alumni ID email is required for reservations.
- For bookings made with a personal email, the HKU SPACE Lifelong Learner Card or Life Membership Card must be presented upon check-in.
- Credit card guarantee is required for each reservation.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to 12:00 noon (hotel local time) on day of arrival will be subject to a one-night charge.
- Reservations are on request basis, rate & availability are subject to the time of booking and hotel’s final confirmation.
- Terms and conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.
