| Job Description : |
Handling of air freight operations in Tsuen Wan office from 1 pm to 10 pm on Tuesday to Saturday and on alternate Monday’s (evening shift)

Coordination between carriers, customers and oversea agents

Full set document handling and shipment arrangements
-
Booking handling and liaising with customers
-
Preparation of invoices, cost entries and other commercial documents
-
Occasional airport terminal ramp work from 6 to 10 PM on backup basis (receiving & tendering of urgent shipments – with extra allowance)

| Qualification Required : |
-
Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-
3 years or more in freight forwarding / logistics industry with relevant experiences
-
Structured, pro-active and reliable working style
|
