• Provide technical support to end users;
• Liaise with users to provide customer services;
• Handle the system administration of the Windows and Server maintenance;
• Responsible for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance;
• Manage IT asset inventory and software licensing compliance accurately;
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Higher diploma holder or above in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Power Platform is preferred;
• Good Command of spoken and written Chinese and Mandarin;
• Willing to learn, responsible, independent and detail oriented;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Working Location: Tuen Mun / Tsuen Wan
