• Implement the sales activities as defined in the sales plan,
• Ensure effective complaints management process is in place,
• Ensure all staff within an institution are aware of all aspects of the approved products,
• Determine customer priorities and service customers accordingly,
• Provide a solution to customers problems that will influence customers positively towards JCare,
• Develop territory coverage plan,

• Tertiary education in Science Subjects or Healthcare related subjects is preferred,
• Fluent in spoken & written Cantonese and English,
• Teamwork in the dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer network,
• Strong communication & presentation skills,
• Well Organized, self-initiatives, result oriented,
• Work hard and work smart.
