Job Description :
  • Partnership Management and Communications
  • Strategic Operations Management
  • Delivery of Partnership KPIs
Qualification Required :
  • Degree or above in mechanical, electrical engineering, facilities management or equivalent is preferred.
  • Possess a valid Property Management Company Licence is preferred.
  • 10 years or above of experience in facilities management including the following: Operations, Human Resources, commercial and procurement, risk, management, stakeholder management and integration.
  • Advanced Microsoft Skills
  • Demonstrate a strong analytical and decision-making ability.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
Salary Range : HK$>40000
