• Identify and approach high-net-worth individuals and global investors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless property buying process.

Market Strategy:

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to different market segments.
• Stay updated on global property laws, regulations, and investment trends.

Team Collaboration:

• Manage internal sales team and build up relationship with local real estate agents.
• Work closely with internal marketing and customer service teams to optimize sales efforts.
• Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
• Actively seek and generate leads through networking, online platforms, and referrals.
• Conduct virtual and in-person property tours, presentations, and consultations.
• Follow up on potential leads to convert prospects into clients.

Negotiations and Deal Closures:

• Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
• Prepare contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
   

• Proven experience in international real estate sales or a similar field.
• Tech-savvy with experience in using CRM tools and online sales platforms.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of global property markets and investment opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Ensure timely and successful deal closures.
