VSA is now seeking a motivated individual to join our school's Marketing and Communications team as a Junior Content Creator. This role will primarily support our Senior Digital Content Creator with photo/video tasks and handle administrative responsibilities under the Marketing and Communications Manager. The ideal candidate will capture school event photography, perform basic content editing, create simple designs, and provide administrative support including content writing and translations.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography and videography at school events and activities
• Assist in editing and organizing visual content for school websites, social media, and newsletters
• Create basic graphic designs for digital and print materials (e.g., posters, flyers, social media posts).
• Support video editing tasks (trimming, color correction, simple motion graphics)
• Provide administrative support, including content writing, translations, and maintaining digital asset libraries
• Collaborate with the team to prepare marketing materials and internal communications
   

Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Creative Media or related disciplines
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar tools; familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Working Experience: 1-2 years of experience in content creation, photography, or marketing support roles
• Portfolio: Please provide samples of your photography or content creation work (if available)
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow direction, good interpersonal skills
• Language: Strong command of English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
