This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates, or career changers who are seriously exploring a future career in law.

No prior legal experience is needed. What we are looking for is a genuine interest in the legal field, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to learning and growing with our team.

The role begins with administrative duties and is designed to help share the workload in client communication and file management, which are essential to the smooth operation of a law firm. Throughout this process, you will gradually learn how different types of cases are handled, how communications are managed, and how legal files progress in practice.

We will invest time to provide structured and hands-on training to help you build a solid foundation so that you will gradually take on more legal-related tasks. Over time, the role is intended to develop into case-handling roles for the right person.

Outstanding performance will be recognised through performance-based incentives and progressive responsibilities, with a clear pathway toward Legal Secretary, Legal Clerk, and Legal Executive roles.

Responsibilities
 

• Assist with opening new case files and closing completed files.
• Support client intake processes, including responding to WhatsApp messages and phone
• enquiries.
• Perform general office administrative tasks and assist as assigned.
• Organize and file physical and electronic documents.
• Provide operational support to legal staff as needed.
