If you are thinking of entering the field of Performing Arts and Venue Management, Trainee Program in Youth Square could be the ideal start for you.

Performing Arts Trainee Program is a 6-month program to accelerate your knowledge in theatrical operation & venue services management. You will receive structured on-the-job training to acquire theoretical knowledge and be equipped with practical skills for your future career development in the management of performing arts venues.

• Venue Services
• Theatrical Services

Successful applicants will be trained at Youth Square in

• Learning and supporting day-to-day operations and customer services
• Learning practical skills and theatrical knowledge
• Learning the know-how of venue management of performing arts venues
• Taking part in on-going projects and Youth Square / company event
   

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in venue management of performing arts, event management, or other relevant industry.
• Be enthusiastic about our vision and mission.
• Strong interest in working professionally in performing arts, performing arts venue operations, theatre planning, theatre technical arts or stage technical fields.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
