Policy & Customer Service / Claims Administration

• Assist with policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and servicing requests
• Handle financial adviser enquiries
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams on policy matters
• Support claims submission and status tracking

New Business Operations

• Assist with new insurance applications and documentation
• Track pending requirements and follow up as needed
• Project Management & Process Improvement
• Participate in operational and workflow enhancement projects
• Support digitalisation and system improvement initiatives

Compliance & Regulatory Support

• -Assist with AML/KYC documentation review
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards

Product & Training Support

• Maintain and update product library materials
• Support product training coordination and logistics

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field

Experience

• Open to fresh graduates
• Up to one year of relevant work experience accepted
