2026 March Group Diamond Grader Hiring

Interested to join Jewelry Industry and be a professional Diamond Grader? Due to our aggressive expansion, we are hiring a large group of Diamond Graders to meet our high production requirements.

Come build a unique career as a Diamond Grader Associate in GIA Hong Kong Laboratory. You will work with diamonds, microscopes and computers in a laboratory production environment that emphasizes detail, quality and precision.

We offer an intensive 6 month paid training period that provides hands-on individualized training incorporating GIA Laboratory policies, procedures, and established guidelines in the documentation of pertinent data for the GIA Laboratory Diamond Grading Report.


RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Evaluate and grade loose diamonds.
• Identify, documents and plot characteristics, treatments and other features of a diamond.
• Work in a team setting with other graders of various skill levels.
• Performed detailed evaluations using tools such as a microscope, a loupe, tweezers and a computer.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
 

• Diploma or above required with fluent English.
• No relevant education or working experience required.
• Ability to work with microscopes.
• Detail-minded with good concentration skills.
• Effective communication and good interpersonal skills is a must.
• Ability to get along with a diverse group of individuals in Hong Kong and other international locations.
• Proven ability to accept and learn from constructive criticism.
• Well organized, responsible, mature & ability to work independently.
