Provide operational & administrative -support to frontline shops and office;

Perform back-up reception duties including handling phone calls, handling incoming/outgoing mail, couriers;

Monitor the inventory and arrange purchase;

Liaise with suppliers and order office supplies;

Prepare reports for management review;

To assist in handing as hoc projects

| Qualification Required : |
-
Certificate or above, related industry will be an advantage
-
Good PC knowledge including Chinese typing, MS Office, especially MS excel
-
Knowledge in POS system is an advantage
-
Good organization and typing skills
-
Mature, responsible, with good attention to details and a positive and flexible attitude
-
Fresh graduate will also be considered

Immediately available is preferred
