The Hostel Trainee Programme is a full-time program designed to equip you with practical guest management skills and real-world experience in the hospitality industry. In this full-time program, you will be able to:

• Learn and support customer service and guest inquiry handling
• Learn and handle daily hostel operations such as room reservations, registration and check-out, room inspections, facilities maintenance, and report preparation
• Learn and practice operational systems such as OPERA
• Learn to promote the hostel through different channels such as social media platforms

Requirement

• Fresh graduates or currently studying full time in higher education institutes in Hospitality, Hotel, Catering Management or MICE
• Passionate at Hostel Management and youth development activities
• Able to speak up, ask questions and raise ideas
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
