Job Description :

Handle client and financial adviser enquiries, insurance applications, policy servicing and trust-related matters.
Coordinate with insurers, advisers, service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
Review documents, follow up on outstanding cases and ensure accuracy, compliance and service standards. Resolve complex cases, support junior team members and maintain operational records and reports.
Improve workflows and operational efficiency

Qualification Required :

3-5 years of experience in client servicing or operations, preferably in insurance, wealth management, financial services or trust administration.
Good knowledge of insurance applications, policy servicing and documentation requirements. Familiarity with AI tools and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency is an advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Proactive, responsible and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to service excellence.
Proactive, detail-oriented and customer-focused team player with good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Proficiency in Korean will be an advantage.
