Students with ADHD often face challenges in learning, relationships and emotional regulation, yet they also possess unique strengths and potential. In this seminar, Mr. Lam Ho Man Human, an educator who grew up with ADHD, will share his personal journey from a rebellious and restless student to a committed teacher. Joining him as expert moderator, HKU SPACE's own Programme Manager and Registered Counselling Psychologist specialising in special educational needs (SEN), Mr. Kung Hin Ming Herman, will provide professional insights into common ADHD characteristics, school-related difficulties and evidence-informed support strategies. Through an engaging dialogue between lived experience and professional expertise, participants will gain a deeper understanding of ADHD and learn practical ways to support children and adolescents in reaching their full potential.
