Effective ESG implementation is essential for logistics and transport companies to succeed.

In 2016, the Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited (HKEX) introduced ESG reporting requirements and that listed companies are required to disclose their ESG performance.  For that, companies are now integrating ESG considerations into corporate decisions.

Since COVID-19, the logistics and transport sectors have been faced with numerable challenges and are undergoing a transformation.  ESG provides a framework for businesses to assess and manage their impact on the environment, social and governance which would enhance their long-term resilience.
