| Time: | 6:00 - 7:00 pm |
| Venue: | Professor and Mrs Enoch Young Lecture Theatre, Room 204, 2/F, Admiralty Centre |

This talk was divided into three parts. First, HKU SPACE ALUMNI was pleased to invite Mr Simon Wong, CEO of Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (LSCM) to deliver the opening remarks. This was followed by a presentation from Mr Clement Ho, Director of Arup, who gave an in-depth discussion on the transformative potential of Hong Kong’s Low-altitude Economy (LAE). Finally, we were honoured to have Mr Kevin Choi, Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, present the Certificate of Appreciation to the speaker.
During the talk, Mr Ho explored the potential of Hong Kong’s Low-altitude Economy (LAE), focusing on urban air mobility, logistics innovation, and integration with the Greater Bay Area. He outlined strategies to address challenges in airspace management, infrastructure, and public acceptance, while emphasizing safety and coordination. Through case studies, he illustrated the feasibility of future transportation solutions in Hong Kong.
The event attracted over a hundred alumni who joined both in person and via online. The alumni actively engaged in the Q&A session, and through speaker’s professional insights, gained a deeper understanding of opportunities and challenges in developing the Low Altitude Economy in Hong Kong.
