Venue: HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Community College (HPSHCC) Campus 3/F Multipurpose Sports Hall
To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC), the association joined hands with the HKU SPACE to co-organize a Tai Chi and Health Fun Day. In 1969, HKU SPACE launched the first three-year part-time Certificate of Housing Management programme in Hong Kong. As the government later mandated professional qualifications for housing managers and above position, HKU SPACE has since trained thousands of housing management professionals, including many HKAPMC members.

The event attracted over 190 alumni and property management professionals, promoting a culture of healthy living. It began with a kick-off ceremony by Professor William Lee, Director of HKU SPACE; Dr Edmond Cheng, President of HKAPMC and Vice-President of ALUMNI Council; Mr Aaron Hui , Honorary Secretary of ALUMNI Council; and other HKAPMC representatives.

The event featured a Tai Chi demonstration and workshop by the "Hong Kong Yang's Taijiquan Fed Ltd", allowing participants to experience the Tai Chi exercise. Additionally, the Occupational Safety and Health Council set up a health assessment services booth, offering various body metric tests. Participants actively engaged in the interactive workshop and health assessment, raising awareness of personal well-being.
