This talk was delivered by Dr. TM Kwong, Senior Adviser of College of Humanities and Law of HKU SPACE. Dr. Kwong shared the history and development of Puer tea, along with stories of its connection to Hong Kong. He also generously shared his personal insights on tasting and brewing Puer tea.

The talk attracted over 70 alumni participants. During the session, attendees had the opportunity to taste both raw and ripe Puer tea on the spot. In the Q&A session, alumni actively raised questions on topics such as how to choose the right Puer tea for their personal preferences and tips on tea tasting. The atmosphere was lively, with good interaction between the speaker and the audience.
