Job Description :

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience for clients visiting the laboratory for services. Manage walk-in clients; understand and contribute to overall workflow to complete services for GIA services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Engage new and existing clients and assist with appropriate services for stones being submitted.
  • Detailed knowledge of service requirements; fee schedule, rush services and return times.
  • Perform intake and return, sort and organize stones in accordance with procedures.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and timely manner.
  • Facilitates the Pre-process stone cycles and sends results to clients.
  • Resolve routine problems by troubleshooting, determining root cause and identifying the most appropriate response.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Rotate duties between service center in Kowloon Bay and Central.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification Required :

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
 

  • School diploma or above with 1 - 3 years related working experience.
  • Sound knowledge and application of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication with GIA clients in writing, by phone, in person (Cantonese, English and Mandarin).
  • Ability to help retain clients by handling client queries and complaints in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Able to get along with a diverse group of individuals in Hong Kong and other international locations.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Actively communicate with others in a timely & professional manner; maintain good working relationship with others and peers.
  • Ability to learn and understand GIA proprietary systems, key people and their roles in production functions.
  • Ability to learn and follow defined procedures/guidelines to perform job; complete tasks through application of detailed procedural knowledge.
Salary Range : HK$15001 - 20000
