To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the HKU SPACE ALUMNI, Alumni Week 2023 will feature a series of exciting activities: Venerable Chang Lin and Ms Catherine Chau will share the practice of being aware of your body, mind, and feelings in the present moment; Mr Stanley Sy will explain the efficacy of Nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN) and other anti-aging products and Ms Agnes Wu will analyse the inflation rates in Hong Kong and share tips on how to protect yourself against inflation.

Meanwhile, the UNICEF charity run is back and you are cordially invited to join this meaningful event, where you can make a difference in the lives of children. We are also organising a guided tour of the Hong Kong Palace Museum's special exhibition of Sanxingdui to glimpse the ancient kingdom of Shu.
